Software terms
These general terms describe the intended use of BassThermal software. They are not a substitute for professional legal advice and should receive legal review before being relied on as a final licence agreement.
Scope
These terms apply to BassThermal applications and web services unless a product-specific licence states otherwise. Store terms from Microsoft or Google may also apply to installation, billing, updates, and refunds.
Licence
Subject to the applicable Store licence and payment terms, BassThermal grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software for its intended purpose.
Restrictions
Do not redistribute, resell, impersonate the publisher of, or remove ownership notices from BassThermal software. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be restricted by these terms.
Third-party services
Some products request data from public websites, feeds, metadata providers, advertising services, or application stores. Availability and accuracy of those third-party services are outside BassThermal's control.
Updates and availability
Products may receive fixes, feature changes, compatibility updates, or discontinuation notices. Public release information is provided where an authoritative release record is available.
Engineering and educational software
Educational engineering tools are not a substitute for professional judgement, code compliance, independent verification, or sealed design where those are required.
Warranty and liability
Software is provided to the extent permitted by applicable law without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in a business, technical, or professional workflow.
