MockCaps is a lab-stage text utility by BassThermal. This policy explains what data the app handles and what BassThermal does with it.

MockCaps is designed to work locally on your device. BassThermal does not require an account to use MockCaps. BassThermal does not sell personal data. BassThermal does not use your text content for advertising, profiling, or training.

MockCaps does not currently collect personal information through BassThermal-operated servers.

The app may process text that you enter, paste, edit, transform, copy, save, export, or share. That processing is intended to happen locally on your device.

MockCaps may store basic app preferences locally on your device, such as interface settings or recent configuration choices. These settings are used only to make the app function normally.

Text you enter into MockCaps remains under your control.

MockCaps may interact with your clipboard only when you choose to paste, copy, or use a related app feature. BassThermal does not operate a server that receives or stores your MockCaps text content.

If MockCaps allows saving or exporting content, those files are created on your device or in a location you choose.

BassThermal does not receive exported files unless you separately send them to BassThermal outside the app.

MockCaps does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, account systems, or cloud storage.

Platform providers such as Google Play, Microsoft Store, Apple, or your operating system may collect installation, purchase, crash, diagnostic, or usage information according to their own policies. BassThermal does not control those platform systems.

MockCaps does not currently include ads.

If ads are added in a future version, this policy will be updated before or alongside that release, and the app store listing will disclose that the app contains ads where required.

BassThermal does not sell, rent, or trade MockCaps user data.

BassThermal does not share MockCaps user content with third parties because the app is not designed to send user content to BassThermal.

MockCaps does not currently maintain a BassThermal server account or cloud database for users.

Any local app settings or locally saved content remain on your device until you delete them, clear the app data, remove saved files, or uninstall the app.

MockCaps is designed to minimize data handling by keeping app activity local where possible. No method of software storage or transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but the app is designed to avoid unnecessary collection of personal data.

MockCaps is not specifically directed to children. The app is intended as a general utility.

BassThermal may update this privacy policy when MockCaps changes, especially if new features add ads, analytics, cloud sync, accounts, payments, crash reporting, or other data-related functionality.
